Why we started
Knowledge is building slower than it needs to.
People take months to reach full productivity, most training is forgotten within a day, and the learning that actually sticks happens on the job, where no platform was built to support it. The result is expensive: firms rely on expertise locked in a few heads, and new people take years to catch up.
Edocere exists to close that gap. We look for problems where practice, structure, and the right tools measurably compress the time it takes to get good at something, and we build products that do exactly that. Disco, our first product, is the domain enablement engine: it turns a firm's domain expertise into a daily practice loop of quizzes, curated domain news, and safe-to-fail simulations, then proves the lift with competency scores managers can act on.
